From raw 3D print to museum-quality finish, here's how we transform each piece
3D Printing
Precision Foundation
We use ultra-fine 0.12-0.16mm layer heights for exceptional detail. Extra wall thickness ensures durability for the finishing work ahead.
Cleaning & Sanding
Surface Preparation
Progressive sanding from 120 → 220 → 400 grit removes layer lines and creates a smooth canvas. Large gaps are filled with care.
First Primer Coat
Rust-Oleum 2-in-1 Filler
2-3 thin coats of premium filler primer applied from 20-25cm distance. This fills minor imperfections and creates adhesion for paint.
Second Sanding
Refinement Stage
400-800 grit wet sanding for an ultra-smooth finish. Water acts as a lubricant, preventing scratches and revealing any remaining imperfections.
Second Primer Coat
Perfection Layer
Final primer coat fills micro-lines. Light sanding with 800-1000 grit creates the perfect surface for paint adhesion.
Base Painting
Brustro Acrylics
Multiple thin layers of premium Brustro acrylic colors. Paint is slightly thinned with water for smooth, even coverage without brush strokes.
Metallic Highlights
Dry Brushing Magic
Brustro Metallic Acrylics add shimmer to edges, highlights, and metallic details. This technique creates depth and visual interest.
Protective Varnish
Final Shield
Matte or satin varnish protects the artwork from scratches, UV damage, and dust while giving a clean, professional finish.
