Orders & Payments
- •All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- •Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- •Payment must be completed before we begin crafting your bobblehead.
- •Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Photo Submissions
- •You must have the right to use any photos you submit for bobblehead creation.
- •Photos should be clear, well-lit, and show the subject's face clearly.
- •We reserve the right to reject photos that are inappropriate, offensive, or of poor quality.
- •Submitted photos are used solely for creating your bobblehead and are deleted after order completion.

Custom Creations
- •Each bobblehead is handcrafted based on your photos and preferences.
- •Minor variations from the preview are normal due to the handmade nature of our products.
- •We'll send you a digital preview for approval before final production.
- •Changes after approval may delay your order or incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property
- •You retain ownership of photos you submit, but grant us license to use them for order fulfillment.
- •Don't submit photos of celebrities, characters, or logos without proper licensing.
- •Our website content, designs, and branding are owned by Savi 3D Prints.
- •Unauthorized reproduction of our products or content is prohibited.

Shipping & Delivery
- •Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and demand.
- •We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
- •Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.
- •Please ensure your shipping address is accurate - re-shipping fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
